1. Who we are

Mimirax (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the Mimirax app and website. We are committed to protecting your personal data and your right to privacy.

2. What data we collect

• Account data: your email address and display name when you register.
• Conversation data: messages you send to and receive from your Mimis, stored to maintain continuity.
• Usage data: credit usage, feature usage, and interaction events for product improvement.
• Payment data: subscription and purchase records handled by RevenueCat. We do not store card details.
• Device data: basic device and browser information for security and debugging.

3. How we use your data

• To provide and improve the Mimirax service.
• To personalise your Mimis using conversation history.
• To process payments and manage your subscription.
• To detect and prevent abuse, fraud, and harmful content.
• To comply with legal obligations.

4. AI and conversation data

Your conversations with Mimis are sent to AI providers (Anthropic, Google, OpenAI) solely to generate responses. We do not sell your conversation data. AI providers process your messages under their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.

5. Child safety

Mimirax is not directed at children under 13. Accounts marked as minor (under 18) receive additional safety restrictions. Parents or guardians of family accounts retain control over child account settings. If you believe a child has provided data without consent, contact us at info@mimirax.com.

6. Data retention

We retain your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, all personal data, conversations, and Mimis are permanently deleted within 30 days. Some anonymised usage statistics may be retained for longer.

7. Your rights

Under GDPR and applicable law, you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your data. You can delete your account at any time from the Account page. For other requests, email info@mimirax.com.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication. We use analytics cookies (Firebase Analytics) to understand product usage. You can disable analytics in your browser settings.
